This page explains how to delete your account and data in SpaceKO, developed by
Emcee Games.
Delete From Inside the Game

The fastest way: open the game, go to the Privacy tab on the Tutorial
page and tap Delete My Account. Once you confirm, your account and data are deleted
immediately, the local save is cleared and the game closes. This cannot be undone.

- Open the game and open the account screen (the account button in the menu, or the
connection tab in the settings menu). Note the player ID shown
there.
- Email support@emceegames.com
with the subject "SpaceKO - Data Deletion Request".
- Include your player ID in the message. Telling us your sign-in method (guest, Google Play Games,
Apple Game Center) speeds up verification.
Requests are completed
within 30 days at the latest, and the outcome is confirmed to the
same email address.

If you cannot find your player ID, write to us anyway — tell us your sign-in method and roughly when you
played, and we will locate the account together.

In-app purchase records are retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires. They are not linked
to your game progress and are kept solely to meet legal obligations. The purchase itself is handled by
Google Play or Apple; to remove their records you must contact the relevant store.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your cloud data. Local files on the device (save file, settings) are
removed with the app, but cloud data tied to your account requires the request above.
