Türkçe Bu koşullar, Emcee Games tarafından geliştirilen SpaceKO mobil oyununu kullanmanın kurallarını belirler. Oyunu kurup açılıştaki onay ekranından devam ederek bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız oyunu kullanmayın ve cihazınızdan kaldırın.

English These terms set the rules for using SpaceKO, a mobile game developed by Emcee Games. By installing the game and continuing from the consent screen at launch you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the game and remove it from your device.

Eligibility

Türkçe Oyunu kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız. Açılışta doğum yılınız sorulur; 13 yaşından küçük olduğunuz anlaşılırsa oyun açılmaz ve hesap oluşturulmaz.

English You must be at least 13 years old to use the game. Your year of birth is asked at launch; if you are under 13 the game does not open and no account is created.

Your Account

Türkçe Oyun size anonim bir oyuncu kimliği oluşturur. Google Play Games veya Apple Game Center ile giriş yaparsanız ilerlemeniz o hesaba bağlanır. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden ve hesabınız üzerinden yapılan işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı oyun içindeki Gizlilik sekmesinden kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz; silme geri alınamaz ve satın aldığınız sanal ögeler dahil tüm ilerlemeniz kaybolur.

English The game creates an anonymous player ID for you. If you sign in with Google Play Games or Apple Game Center, your progress is linked to that account. You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity carried out through it. You can delete your account permanently from the Privacy tab inside the game; deletion cannot be undone and all progress, including purchased virtual items, is lost.

Virtual Items and Crystals

Türkçe Oyun içindeki kristaller, canlar, güçler ve diğer sanal ögeler oyunun bir parçasıdır ve size yalnızca oyun içinde kullanmanız için sınırlı, kişisel, devredilemez bir kullanım hakkı verilir. Bunlar sizin mülkiyetiniz değildir. Özellikle:

English Crystals, lives, powers and other virtual items in the game are part of the game and grant you only a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the game. They are not your property. In particular:

Entry Amounts and Competitive Play

Türkçe Çevrimiçi masalarda maça katılmak için kristal cinsinden bir giriş bedeli alınır ve maç sonunda sıralamanıza göre kristal alabilirsiniz. Sistemin çalışma biçimi şudur:

English Joining an online table requires an entry amount in crystals, and you may receive crystals back at the end of the match depending on your placement. The system works as follows:

Türkçe Bu bir şans oyunu veya bahis değildir. Kristallerin parasal bir değeri olmadığından, katılımınız karşılığında para kaybetme ya da kazanma ihtimaliniz yoktur.

English This is not a game of chance or a betting service. Because crystals have no monetary value, there is no possibility of winning or losing money through your participation.

Purchases and Refunds

Türkçe Uygulama içi satın almalar Google Play veya Apple App Store üzerinden yürütülür; ödeme bilgilerinizi görmez ve saklamayız. İade talepleri ilgili mağazanın iade politikasına tabidir ve o mağazaya iletilmelidir. Satın alınan sanal ögeler, mağaza politikası aksini gerektirmedikçe iade edilmez.

English In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we never see or store your payment details. Refund requests are subject to the relevant store's refund policy and must be directed to that store. Purchased virtual items are non-refundable unless the store's policy requires otherwise.

Fair Play

Türkçe Oyunu değiştirmek, otomasyon veya üçüncü taraf araçlar kullanmak, sunucuya sahte veri göndermek, başka oyuncuların hesaplarına erişmeye çalışmak veya oyunun işleyişini bozmak yasaktır. Bu kuralların ihlali hâlinde ilerlemenizi sıfırlama, sanal öge bakiyenizi düşürme veya hesabınızı kalıcı olarak kapatma hakkımız saklıdır.

English Modifying the game, using automation or third-party tools, sending falsified data to the server, attempting to access other players' accounts, or otherwise disrupting the operation of the game is prohibited. If these rules are breached, we reserve the right to reset your progress, forfeit your virtual item balance, or permanently close your account.

Changes to the Game

Türkçe Oyunu, özelliklerini, denge ayarlarını ve fiyatlandırmayı değiştirebilir; bir özelliği kaldırabilir veya hizmeti tamamen sonlandırabiliriz. Hizmetin kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağı taahhüt edilmez. Hizmeti sonlandırmamız hâlinde kullanılmamış sanal ögeler için ödeme yapılmaz.

English We may change the game, its features, balance settings and pricing; remove a feature; or discontinue the service entirely. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. If we discontinue the service, no payment is made for unused virtual items.

Disclaimer and Liability

Türkçe Oyun olduğu hâliyle sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, oyunun kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz ve toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebin doğduğu tarihten önceki on iki ay içinde oyun için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu sınırlamalar, bulunduğunuz ülkedeki emredici tüketici koruma hükümlerini ortadan kaldırmaz.

English The game is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the game, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game in the twelve months preceding the claim. These limitations do not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence.

Governing Law

Türkçe Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır ve anlaşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ile icra daireleri yetkilidir. Bu hüküm, bulunduğunuz ülkedeki emredici tüketici koruma hükümlerinden ve o ülkedeki mahkemelere başvurma hakkınızdan sizi yoksun bırakmaz.

English These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes. This provision does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence, nor of your right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.

Apple App Store

Türkçe iOS sürümü için: bu sözleşme sizinle Emcee Games arasındadır, Apple ile değildir. Oyundan ve içeriğinden yalnızca Emcee Games sorumludur. Apple'ın oyun için bakım veya destek sağlama yükümlülüğü yoktur. Oyunun üçüncü kişi haklarını ihlal ettiği, tüketici mevzuatına aykırı olduğu veya ayıplı olduğu yönündeki talepler Emcee Games'e yöneltilir. Apple ve bağlı şirketleri bu sözleşmenin üçüncü taraf lehtarıdır ve sözleşmeyi size karşı ileri sürme hakkına sahiptir. Oyunu kullanırken App Store hizmet koşullarındaki kullanım kurallarına da uymayı kabul edersiniz.

English For the iOS version: this agreement is between you and Emcee Games, not Apple. Emcee Games alone is responsible for the game and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game. Claims that the game infringes third-party rights, fails to conform to consumer legislation, or is defective are directed to Emcee Games. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and have the right to enforce it against you. You also agree to comply with the usage rules in the App Store terms of service.

Changes to These Terms

Türkçe Bu koşullar güncellenebilir. Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayımlanır, üstteki tarih ve sürüm numarası değiştirilir. Esaslı bir değişiklik olduğunda sürüm artar ve koşullar oyun açılışında size yeniden gösterilir.

English These terms may be updated. Updates are published on this page and the date and version number above are revised. When a material change occurs, the version increases and the terms are shown to you again at game launch.
